Each customer operates within a secure, isolated instance, and we do not share data across different clients.

Tough Day is not a grievance reporting tool.  In the event that harmful behavior is detected, our AI will attempt to de-escalate and suggest  appropriate resources provided by the employer like mental health and reporting tools.
